An Onsen Sommelier is an expert in hot spring knowledge and proper bathing techniques. Onsen Sommeliers offer accurate information and useful bathing advice to guests. Our aim is to provide excellent service along with top-notch onsen knowledge.

Hours	Yu-an: Mon-Thurs 10AM to 1AM (last entry: 12AM) Sat, Sun, day before holiday 10AM to 2AM (last entry: 1AM) Waraku: Every Tuesday and Wednesday

Closed	Yu-an: Temporary closure twice a year Waraku: Wednesdays,Tuesday dinner

Baths	17 open-air, private baths (of which five include indoor baths)

Amenities	Baby bath chairs are available for rent to guests with small children. ・Hair dryer provided, shampoo, conditioner, body soap provided, towels (charged), bath towels (charged)

Directions

Take the Ueki Nomen Nodo road until you come to a T-intersection, then head towards Shisui for 3-4 minutes.
-About 50 minutes by car from downtown Kumamoto
-About 10 minutes by car from Ueki IC on Kyushu Expressway.
-About 20 minutes by bus from Ueki Station on JR Kagoshima Main Line. Then get off at Ueki IC, about 10 minutes by taxi from Ueki IC.
-About 40 minutes by car from Kumamoto Airport
-About 60 minutes by car from Kumamoto Station
